Recenty conquered+slavery you gona need a damn ARMY to keep them from rebelling. Below 0 production is not affected more than the current 20%, but generates that much more unrest. Negative happines can go below 0 down to -100%. Positive happines bonus increased up to 50% from 20. First happines bonuses/penalty should be changed. Okay i have some idea of balance this part.
